Aims & Scope

Aims

Renewable Energy, Biomass & Sustainability (REB&S) is a non-commercial, open access, peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to the dissemination of original and high-quality research in renewable energy, biomass, bioenergy, sustainability, environmental technologies, circular economy, and sustainable development.

The journal aims to promote the exchange of scientific and technological knowledge that contributes to the development, optimization, evaluation, and implementation of sustainable solutions for current environmental and energy challenges.

REB&S encourages the submission of manuscripts that present original experimental, theoretical, analytical, computational, applied, or field-based research, as well as critical and up-to-date review articles. Submitted manuscripts should provide a clear research objective, a sound methodological approach, sufficient detail to allow evaluation and reproducibility when appropriate, and a relevant contribution to the field.

The journal welcomes multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches that connect science, technology, environmental management, industry, society, and policy-making in order to support sustainable development and the responsible use of natural and energy resources.
