The Latin American Association for Sustainable Development and Renewable Energy (Spanish acronym ALDESER) was created by experts to channel the efforts of various sectors of society towards a better development and use of renewable energies and expanding its sphere of influence towards sustainable development, taking advantage of the strengths offered by multidisciplinarity and the diversity of problems in different regions of Mexico and Latin America.
It is a fact that the problems to achieve sustainable development, as well as the adoption and expansion of the use of renewable energies is related to the whole society, therefore, our scope of action includes engineering, exact sciences, social sciences and humanities.

    Renewable Energy, Biomass & Sustainability (REB&S) is a biannual, non-commercial, open access, peer-reviewed online journal published by the Asociación Latinoamericana de Desarrollo Sustentable y Energías Renovables A.C., Sur 4 No. 270, Colonia Centro, C.P. 94300, Orizaba, Veracruz, Mexico.

    The journal holds the Certificate of Reservation of Exclusive Use Rights No. 04-2025-060617423800-102 and ISSN 2683-2658, granted by the Instituto Nacional del Derecho de Autor (INDAUTOR, Mexico).

    REB&S is indexed, registered, or available in academic databases, directories, and platforms such as Latindex, Dialnet, Scilit, Google Scholar, CrossRef, and the ISSN Portal.

    REB&S operates under a continuous publication model. Manuscripts may be submitted throughout the year through the journal’s online platform. Once a manuscript has completed the editorial evaluation and peer-review process, and has been accepted, edited, and approved in its final proof version, it is published online and assigned to the corresponding journal issue.

    The journal publishes two issues per year and assigns a DOI to published articles when they are included in a journal issue.

    Tendencias en Energías Renovables y Sustentabilidad es una revista en linea, sin fines de lucro, de Acceso Abierto, revisada por pares, que publica artículos originales de investigación y artículos de divulgación científica, relacionados con las tendencias en energías renovables y sustentabilidad en el entorno Latinoamericano y del resto del mundo.

    Esta revista cuenta con el Certificado de Reserva de Derechos de Uso Exclusivo No.: 04-2025-070916283700-102, ISSN: 3061-7049, ambos otorgados por el Instituto Nacional del Derecho de Autor (INDAUTOR, México). La revista TERYS está indexada en Latindex, Google Scholar y CrossRef.

    La revista TERYS funciona mediante el modelo de publicación por convocatoria, lo que significa que la presentación de manuscritos a la revista será por medio de una convocatoria con fechas específicas para que la contribución sea subida en la plataforma. Una vez enviado el artículo, pasará por el proceso de evaluación y, una vez aceptado seguirá el proceso de publicación en las fechas programadas correspondientes al número actual de la revista.
